Lindsay Cogan
Strategic Projects & Policy Advisor

Lindsay holds an MPhil in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s in Public Affairs from Carleton University. Her work spans public policy research, political communication, and applied government roles — with a focus on Canada’s climate discourse and policy development.
